CSIT World Sports Games 2025
Παγκόσμια Γιορτή: Τελετή Έναρξης των «8ων Παγκόσμιων Αθλητικών Αγώνων CSIT για Εργαζόμενους και Ερασιτέχνες»Με μια φαντασμαγορική Τελετή Έναρξης ξεκίνησε επίσημα στο Λουτράκι οι «8οι Παγκόσμιοι Αθλητικοί Αγώνες CSIT». Το Δημοτικό Στάδιο «Χρήστος Θώδης» έγινε σημείο συνάντησης πολιτισμών, καθώς περισσότεροι από 4.500 αθλητές και λάτρεις του αθλητισμού από 60 χώρες συμμετείχαν στην παρέλαση και απόλαυσαν το καλλιτεχνικό και λαογραφικό πρόγραμμα. Η εκδήλωση θα ολοκληρωθεί το ερχόμενο Σάββατο (7 Ιουνίου) με την Τελετή Λήξης.
Τα λόγια του προέδρου του CSIT Bruno Molea — «Let the Games begin» — σηματοδότησαν την επίσημη έναρξη της εκδήλωσης.
Ο Δήμαρχος Λουτρακίου-Περαχώρας-Αγίων Θεόδωρων, Γιώργος Γκιώνης, υποδέχτηκε τους Αγώνες.
Ο υπουργός Υποδομών και Μεταφορών, Χρήστος Δήμας, συνεχάρη όλους τους συμμετέχοντες.
Τη σημασία της οργάνωσης ανέδειξε ο Περιφερειάρχης Πελοποννήσου, Δημήτρης Πτωχός.
Ο Πρόεδρος της Οργανωτικής Επιτροπής, Νίκος Κερασοβίτης, ευχήθηκε στους συμμετέχοντες επιτυχημένους και εμπνευσμένους Αγώνες.

A Global Celebration: Opening Ceremony of the “8th CSIT World Sports Games for Workers and Amateurs”
With a spectacular Opening Ceremony, the “8th CSIT World Sports Games” officially kicked off in Loutraki. “Christos Thodis” Municipal Stadium became a meeting point of cultures, as more than 4,500 athletes and sports enthusiasts from 60 countries participated in the parade and enjoyed the artistic and folkloric program. The event will conclude this coming Saturday (June 7th) with the Closing Ceremony.
The words of CSIT President Bruno Molea — “Let the Games begin” — marked the official start of the event.
The Mayor of Loutraki–Perachora–Agioi Theodoroi, Giorgos Gionis, welcomed the Games.
The Minister of Infrastructure and Transport, Christos Dimas, congratulated all the participants.
The Governor of Peloponnese, Dimitris Ptochos, highlighted the importance of the organization.
The President of the Organizing Committee, Nikos Kerasovitis, wished participants successful and inspiring Games.
